Salsa Cruda
(Uncooked Sauce)

Ingredients:

½ cup white onion, finely chopped
½ cup tomato, peeled and finely chopped
1 locoto or chili pepper, finely chopped
1 teaspoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Preparation:

Mix all the ingredients. Add drops of olive oil if desired.
